Well to be honest for me I never really tried to use it as my OS. I have only tested it in VM's a few times...
I love Debian based Linux Distributions, because I think they are the best and apt-get rocks. Also most Linux apps & Games are available in Deb files...
Suse is totally different to Debian & Ubuntu type Linux OS's, it's not compatible with them.. .
Fragmentation in the Linux community is one of it's biggest problems so I decided to try to only support the Debian & Ubuntu OS's because if we all just worked on making them the best then Linux would go mainstream quicker...
So my only reason for not using SUSE and Fedora based OS's is that I wish them to go away and join Debian/Ubuntu. hahahaha I also hear they are not as user-friendly...
I dont really like fragmentation in linux either, but in some scenarios it is better for it. For example, if there were only Debian based OS's, then small distros like puppy wouldn't be around. Therefore, old computers would go to waste.
suse one,as in the build service, well i got the invite but had terrible trouble logging in for a long time, but when i did get to use it in the end its rather cool, you build what you like but off site in a gui
