Were there no Fedora user here? If so then well, you've got one now!!

Feel free to ask me about Fedora and I'll try my best.
I guess a throw in a few things about Fedora first.
My guess is that many users here are *buntu users by looking at the forums, but correct me if I am wrong!! Anyway, Ubuntu's mission statement is something about creating an alternative to MS Windows using free open source software, and their #1 bug is Windows dominance of the OS market!! That's right you can actually go to lauchpad and check it out!! And they are to fix it!!
So how's Fedora different from Ubuntu? Well Fedora's goal is quite different, it is something about showcasing the latest open source software based on Linux in a distro, so they are not really trying to compete with MS, but rather providing a package of bleeding edge software for open source enthusiast.
I have seen using different distros for years as well as other Unix-ly OS like BSD and Solaris, OSX, so I am pretty comfortable with general Unix stuff. Fedora seem to provide me with the most of what I want so far, so that's why I am currently using it now. Oh and I was always fond with their blue theme, it is my favourite colour!!
Hope that provides a quick and dirty introduction of Fedora for you if you didn't already knew about it!!
